La gastronomía peruana y mexicana está conquistando cada vez más mercados internacionales.

El comunicador peruano Jhonatan Cabrera, con el apoyo de la ciudad de Bruselas, promueve la importancia y la diversidad culinarias del continente emergente de América Latina y le gustaría mostrar esto a Europa y al mundo.

Qué mejor lugar para hacerlo, como en Bruselas, el corazón de Europa. Con este fin, Jhonatan Cabrera y su equipo organizarán una ceremonia el 7 de febrero de 2019 en el Salón Gótico del Ayuntamiento de Bruselas, que domina el mundialmente famoso Grand’Place de la capital belga. En esta ceremonia se rendirá homenaje a una selección distinguida de 10 chefs, emitidos por famosos templos de refinamiento culinario en Perú y México, esto bajo la bandera de “InKaZteCa”.

El Sr. Karel Goethals, Director de eventos culturales de la ciudad de Bruselas, los embajadores de Perú y México, sus respectivos representantes comerciales y el embajador honorario de Bélgica, Frank Van de Craen, estarán presentes para hablar con los invitados y los medios de comunicación y honrar a los diez embajadores culinarios.

La ceremonia será embellecida y animada por un conjunto de bailarines mexicanos y de Perú y por el famoso grupo musical español Las Ketchup, que trae entre otras canciones su éxito “El Asereje”.

The Peruvian and Mexican gastronomy is conquering more and more international markets.

The Peruvian comunicator Jhonatan Cabrera, with the support of the City of Brussels, is promoting the culinary importance and diversity of the emerging continent of Latin America and would like to show this to Europe and to the world.

What better place to do so as in Brussels, the heart of Europe. For this purpose Jhonatan Cabrera and his team will organize a ceremony on February 7, 2019 in the Gothic Hall of the Brussels City Hall, which towers over the world renowned Grand’Place of the Belgian Capital. In this ceremony tribute will be paid to a distinguised selection of 10 chefs, issued from famous temples of culinary refinement in Peru and Mexico, this under the banner of “InKaZteCa”.

Mister Karel Goethals, Brussels city Director for cultural events, the ambassadors of Peru and Mexico, their respective commercial representatives as well as honorary ambassador of Belgium Frank Van de Craen will be present to address the guests and the media and honour the ten culinary ambassadors.

The ceremony will be further embellished and animated by an ensemble of Mexican and Peruvian dancers and by the famous Spanish musical group Las Ketchup, bringing amongst other songs their hit “El Asereje”.
